Meetro-fibre & Axxess fibre lies

MEtro-fibre-Axxess repeatedly deliver intermittent, sometimes on, sometimes off service of 6-0 Mbps, when the ocntracted (and paid for) service is 500/500 Mbps uncapped and unshaped.

Always, the same circus - both deny there is a problem, forcing the user - in summerstrand Port Elizabeth - to "prove" with ONT-Laptop tests that the problem is not mine.

It never is - NEVER an apology, never a refund for breaching service - never any consequence. Always the onus is on the client.

They are a disgusting pairing!! Even more so, the shame hat I only have Metrofibre where i am.

Avoid these as_holes. If its Metro, don't go there - doesnt matter who the ISP is, the backbone is the same sh#t
