Me again, MetroFibre again off

Me again. I’ve struggled with MetroFibre to reconnect my wi-fi last week (Thursday till this week Monday. I wrote a report on HelloPeter and on Tuesday this week, 1 day after HelloPeter, it was reconnected, only to be disconnected on Wednesday (the following day). Its been off since then, I’ve tried to call, they promised to call back, even left 2 call backs today.. NO JOY. Income is getting lost due to this.
