Magical support services

I signed up to MetroFibre during the lockdown. The sales support by Amelia van Abo and her colleagues has been personal and very supportive throughout. A few days ago my line went down, and the technical support team did not pick up personal query. I contacted Amelia directly and over the course of these past 2 days, she followed up and weaved magic to fix the problem. I was first told by sales support someone can only fix it on Mondqy, but Amelia somehow.managed to get a team here within hours. Its saved me days of work! She is definitely a magician, a kind and respectful support whenever I have needed it even if the questions asked where not her direct responsiblity. I am most grateful.
