I had my new Router installed after thinking you can do a better job than Level-7...

But i stand corrected....

Your so called customer portal never works...

I speak to 10 different people that tell me my line is activated and the 11th one says he picks up it is not yet activated...

Sort this **** out or come fetch all your hardware at my house gate....

You lie and make empty promises...

Call me as soon as you see this... you have 1 day to sort out this ****...
