Log Complaints at ICASA!!!! Everyone!

Unfortunately there's no option for zero stars here! LET'S ALL GO TO ICASA AND LOG COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM! These people don't care about any of their clients. I have been without internet connection since Thursday because they still haven't allocated my activation and pro rata fees payments to my account. It still says I owe even though I've sent them the PoP! One of their brain dead agents sent me a reply last night via email saying I still owe even though the PoPs were attached to the email! No please it's enough now. They don't have competition and that's why they get away with treating us so poorly. Mxm
