Line fault

Metrofibre is the only installer in our area and our internet has been down since 7 March 2023 (7 days straight). No one can give me an answer as to when the line fault will be fixed. Really poor service and unfortunately the ISP can only escalate the matter to Metrofibre. Would not recommend Metrofibre.
