Last night I logged a complaint with Metrofibre and was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. FTTH Manager Henton reached out shortly after 8AM this morning, took ownership of the issue, and ensured everything was arranged without any delay. Technician Johan Strecker arrived this afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and had everything sorted by the time he left. Both Henton and Johan were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to experience such prompt and effective customer service, and Metrofibre truly exceeded my expectations.
