Lack of honesty by Metrofibre about state of repairs in New Germany/Kloof

For almost 2 weeks now the fibre line has been undergoing "maintenance" in the New Germany and Kloof areas of KZN. This is nonsense, as I work near the address that was given, 55 Glamis avenue, and no repairs are being done.

Please can the company stop lying to the call centre agents so that they don't give us false information. Otherwise Metrofibre will lose yet another client and source of income before the weekend has even begun.

If there are known ******** elements hassling your technicians, why not contract security to protect them while they work?

If I do not receive a reply by midday tomorrow, then I am cancellation my service and expecting a refund for June
