I've changed my residential address and sent through all requirements for connection in the new address I received an email that all was done successfully all I need to do is plug in the router. I did but still no connection. I called more than 3 times already including calling their technician who said I'm on my way. I'm still sitting without connection. I'm losing my income because of this as Im self employed and depends on having internet.

Thank you for your feedback, Rosinah.

We understand the impact that a loss of connectivity can have, particularly when you rely on your internet service to run your business and generate income. We appreciate how important it is to have your service restored as quickly as possible after a relocation.

Our team would like the opportunity to review the relocation order, the activation status of the service at your new address, and the assistance provided following your calls to support. We have escalated your concerns for investigation to determine what is causing the delay in restoring your connection and to ensure the appropriate action is taken.

A member of the relevant team will be in contact with you directly to provide feedback and updates on your case.

Best regards,
Marilize

After your response that a consultant will get back to me
An hour later I'm still waiting without connection.
Do you understand what it means by loss of income?
Some of us don't just wake up and find food
We have to work to get that. But how when my living is on hold because of no connection and no one is interested helping.
I think it's time I move to another service provider. Your service is useless
