Internet service provider

The service here is extremely horrible. Go to them at your own risk. I ordered an internet package with them at the beginning of April because I had to work from home due to the lockdown. Only for them to deliver my router on the 8th of June, but that is where the problems got worse. The router service light was red and nobody knew the problem. Since the 8th till today 19th they have failed to resolve the damn problem. Their support service is terrible, all they do is ask for pictures everytime you deal with them, as if you are running a modelling agency. They keep promising to get back to you, but trust me Corona will be over by the time they do!
