internet always down and no support, business must be closed down due to stupidty

metrofibre has the most unreliable internet, its down more than its up..... you can never get hold of technicle support NEVER ! not even the sales team is picking up at the moment. internet is down and there is no one to report this too......... for people who are wanting to chose a fibre option, do not use metrofibre...
