This company has been the worst in terms of experience. They have been delaying with installing an ONT box for my Fibre connection since last year November and its 2023 now. They give the impression they dont know what they are doing ans keep asking for information to updated. They say they will call and never call, I have been available the whole of December and now want to come install on the 9th next week when Im back at work and there will be no one at home. What have they been doing the past 3 months? Incompetence is an understatement and wouldnt advise anyone to use them. Even the way they installed the Fibre was so untidy with glue all over the place. They have an attitide, which makes me wonser why they insist on running a business where you engage with people.
