In an abusive relationship with Metrofibre / WebAfrica

Bad customer experience with Metrofibre / Web Africa. I am on Web Africa via Metrofibre. I have been complaining with the shoddy service on their useless whatsapp service for over a week and no one seemed to bother to check nor escalate. Everyday I will get internet shedding without any explanation and get on to their useless whatsapp service and they keep on asking same stupid questions that are not helping the client at all. Yoh the relationship has been abusive since I joined when I moved to this new area. I miss my Axxess on Vumatel service. I cant even call, I have to depend on this useless whatsaap service. I am Gatvol of WebAfrica / Metrofibre service. Useless and very erratic and I wont recommend to anyone. ISP always saying MetroFibre.
