I'm so tired of begging I give in

Every since you guys made me change to the 40mb option I have been getting a late payment email and yet I have a recurring payment for the 20th. 2 nights ago, my line was suspended. No one is responding to my email. I even made a payment over and above the recurring payment because I use my internet to work and I'm desperate. I have submitted proof of payment. My line is still suspended. Yes, you win. You have successfully *****ed me into giving your company more of my hard-earned money and have taken food out of my children's mouth. Can you restore my line.
