Im not ok :(

Metro Metro.... 'Once again we are here. Getting my second apartment on board was so easy but getting me activated takes years. I wrote to your finance department this morning but no response, the lady from the chat room was fast to respond and send through to another department, but yet the rating emails keep coming. the installer was superb, the best i have ever met but i requested upon joining, to have this connection working by Friday but up till now, dololo.

im so disappointed once again... :(
