I'm being ****med by Metro fibre

I've signed up for 20/20 speed internet and I'm paying around R550 if I'm not mistaken. When I started I was paying less than R300 for six months, then it went up. All along I didn't have network /speed issue till six months. Now I'm struggling, my speed is always below 15 when I test the speed and I've log my complain to webafrica agent her name is Yolanda K. She told me that I won't get 20/20 and they send a technician to assist me. I fee like I'm being used. This is no what I've signed up for...
