If you love ethically-gray surprises then try Metrofibre out

i signed up with Metrofibre in March for a new 250Mbps package (very well priced at R799) which they had just released. Last week (6 months later) i received a notification that they were increasing prices on the package due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When I queried this with them and said that this was released well after the pandemic ended, I was given the option of downgrading my service for a lower price or cancellation. They've clearly used the initial low price to lure customers in and then increase prices at will. Would give them 1 star based purely on their ********* approach to this, but the actual fibre service has been good (albeit variable in terms of speed)
