I would like to take this opportunity to commend a consultant, Lebohang Mthembu at Metrofibre that gave me the best customer service experience I have had at Metrofibre. This young lady answered the call promptly, patiently listened, assisted, reassured, advised, listened again and again and again! Waited on me and assisting me with technicallities.Thank you for your patience and making me feel important to you as a client by even going the extra mile to follow up and making sure I am sorted out...please keep up the great job you doing!
