I was extremely impressed by our installation specialist, Mohamed, he was so helpful and professional. Another notable mention was the sales person who backtracked our online order from December and followed up with us - we app**** then but decided to go with another service provider who ran me around in circles and messed up and prolonged the whole service. (3 1/2 months) When we were contacted by the sales person who told us they offer metro in the area, we immediately went with Mweb, and if I’m not mistaken, 2 weeks later we had WiFi.
