I want to take a moment to praise Nqabisa for her incredible service. My network was slow, and as always, she was more than willing to assist. Honestly, she’s the best in the whole world! She consistently helps me with recharging my Metro Connect portal and does so with such professionalism and kindness. I’m particularly impressed with her customer service knowledge—she even took the time to explain the new system to me, which I really appreciated. Nqabisa truly stands out, and I’m always happy with the experience she provides.
