I have used Metfibre for about a year roughly

I have used Metfibre for about a year roughly. Good fibre. Unfortunately when I cancelled at the end of Dec 2023, they confirmed receipt of my cancellation and I asked them to collect their router, 6 weeks ago. Then they debted me in January and again in February, both reversed fortunately. Have since called 3 times to remind them to collect their router and to date, it is still here. Something wrong with their internal communications and action.
