I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with one of your agents, Amber Welkin. She was friendly, yet professional and had a wonderful manner over the phone. If that was not enough, she was exceptionally efficient, dealing with my issue right there and then while I was on the phone with her. I have her to thank for my fibre line being installed so promptly. Thank you Amber, I wish there were a million more of you. The world needs more Amber's, however, the one and only will do 😉
