I had an outstanding experience with the technician, Riaan. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, answering all my questions with patience and in great detail. He went above and beyond to assist me with everything necessary for the setup. The service exceeded my expectations—not only was Riaan professional and efficient, but the installation and activation were completed in just 24 hours, even though I was initially told it could take 2 to 3 days. Everything was set up perfectly, and my connection to the internet was seamless. This was by far the best service I have ever received from any Fibre or Internet service provider. Highly recommended!
