I had an issue with my internet connection due to ants in the fibre box outside and Metrofibre responded so quickly via their WhatsApp support, and when I told them I worked online and needed my connection asap, the technicians were here in 2 hours to get me up and running! They are always so helpful and the service by Elizma particularly was very friendly and effectient. I will always refer Metrofibre.
