HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM METRO FIBER AND AFRIHOST

What a horrible experience, I app**** for new installation last week Wednesday. They sent a technician to come and install the fiber and they also delivered the router however I cant seem to get assistance to activate the WIFI on my side. I've contacting afri host and metro fiber but it seems like no one knows how to assist me.
