Horrible service and ********* behaviour

Metro fibre is a horrible company. I have had interrupted internet connection for a month now. I lose connection 2 to 3 times a day. I lodge the complaint with the tech department and have had little to no feedback regarding my problem. The problem persists and when I followed up my complaint today they told my they have a turnaround time of 3 - 5 working days I am fed up and am now trying to cancel my contract and they still have the audacity to charge me an early cancellation fee after they have not met their own terms of service. Truly pathetic
