Horrible Service

Have no idea what's happening with you guys, the past few days have been horrible. Internet issues from Thursday. Absolutely pathetic service. Horrible service from WhatsApp service that is supposed to be there to assist. How can it take 4 hours to respond to a message during working hours. To think that we pay monthly to have internet. I don't know what's the issue but you guys need to sort this out asap!!!
