Horrible service!!

Metrofibre has really horrible service!!!! February we had no internet for in excess of 2 weeks, again now in April another week with no network. Reported the issue on Thursday, a technician has been coming to resolve the issue since Friday. You stay at home whole day waiting for them to be professional and honour appointments to no avail. You will pay a monthly service fee plus extra data fees for the Internet bundles you have to buy due to the consistent no network issues you will experience
