Horrible service!

I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Funny we moved in last year June and this year on the 21/07/24 we got disconnected. We called and enquired about why the sudden disconnection. I was told that the previous Owner deactivated ( we are with Body Coorporate) that was also (4days later on WhatsApp after enquiring as they never answered their phones ) and we need to open a new account. I sent through the documents that was needed on Friday morning was promised that they will activate before the end of the day. They even closed my ticket without resolving the issue. I get back from work and still we don’t have connection. I called AGAIN and still Hanna had told me they don’t work on weekends but Monday in the morning it will be active. I wait until 11am, I call them again both WhatsApp and Their Call Centre- I was advised that they are waiting for their RELEASE team. Now I’m confused and their TAT now it’s 24Hrs? Around 1pm i receive an email saying I should send through documents AGAIN basically by Valencia. Now I’m sitting at home with no WI-FI it’s been 9days now and they are still giving us a run around!!! I’m definitely not happy with their service and would never recommend it to anyone.
