Horrible customer service

Service is poor .Moved to houses from where I used to stay.Called them regarding installing the Wi-Fi at the new house.I sent papers and emails as per request,they promised to come yesterday,I literally waited for them but nothing .I'm now sitting with a Wi-Fi that hasn't been installed while the debit order went through! meaning I paid .

I basically paid for nothing.Witbank Emalahleni branch ! you did me dirty
