Horrible Cancellation Process

Have been paying for a service I have not been using. At first my request to cancel the contract was ignored only to be contact the following month and told at the end of that month my contract will be cancelled but I had already moved out and no longer using the service.

Was charged double the following month because “I cancelled during the new month” but they did acknowledge the delay on their end but still insist on charging me for more months while I haven’t used the service.
