Here we go again?

Unfortunately, this is not the first complaint! From installment problems to a lack of customer service and cancellation issues during the time I made use of your services.

And here we go again. The response time on email is unacceptable or simply non-existent. I've been waiting for over 4 months for a refund payment to be allocated back to my bank account. I've been asked for banking confirmation, and now again it's been two weeks with NO response.

Just pay back the money!
