I am actually shocked how Lately I find that I have to use Hello peter to get a company to contact me to assist . I had a 22 unit complex fitted with Fibre lines and tp box and QA and had the street go live . but according to metro Fibre agents it show as they complex is not live I have tried multiple times to have the ISP contact me or called there support team and they say it will be done ? ETA none ?? I am offering 22 clients to metro Fibre and some of them want to take out 400mb line or more but what scares me is the service we receiving at Sales stage that cant be completed ??? please have a higher manager call me or someone who wants the sales call me
