Help me order 250/250mbps and cancel MetroConnect 20/20 asap please

You would think that if you choose MetroConnect it would be easy to do business with as they are an ISP related to MFN. I was wrong. I am currently on MetroConnect 20/20 mbps prepaid. It is too slow and even worse when i have a VPN on as I work from home. Lately i haven't been able to connect as it is too slow.

Now I would like to cancel the MetroConnect 20/20 and take the MetroFibre Networx 250/250 MPBS at R799.

I am struggling to cancel. I am struggling to order 250/250 as your website keeps crashing when i press submit. I call and get transferred to wrong departments, promised to be called back and no one does.

Can you please cancel my prepaid MetroConnect 20/20 and I am ordering 250/250mbps uncapped at R799 a month .
