Happy with Customer Service!

We had ordered a 50up/50down fibre line through Metrofibre in the Pretoria area. Our area isn't live yet, so I cannot attest to the fibre itself, however the service we have received has been sterling! The technicians installing the line itself were friendly, professional and capable. They were also well organized, worked efficiently, were well informed and were able to answer our questions. The call and support center has likewise treated us very well. They have been patient, professional and informative. They actively returned our calls and emails and followed up to ensure that our queries were answered. If this is an indicator of the service they deliver, I am very much looking forward to staying a client for a long time!
