Great service from Marius
I would like to commend Marius on an extremely WELL DONE job!! My wifi network dropped. After being very frustrated for holding on the line for so long waiting for an agent to pick up, I was greeted and assited by Marius, who was very polite, patient and helpful. I would appreciate management to recognise his efforts and excellent customer service skills. Well done and thank you Marius.
