Great ISP - Fast and Effective Service example for every other ISP
Metrofibre has been my network of choice for the last 3 years, but sadly not my SP until yesterday. I moved from Home-Connect because of the shocking service i got there.
Dealing with Charlene and Alison from Metrofibre has been such a delight! They were most responsive with every email and every phone call and instead of waiting a week for connection they managed it in a day and a half.
What more can you want. I look forward to a long and happy internet future with Metrofibre with service as great as this.
