Great Customer Service from MetroFibre Team

I would like to share my appreciation on the great customer experience I received and encountred from Anel Cronje and Pamela Mlotshwa, As frustrating as it was for my move to MetroFibre direct from the other ISP, I struggled to get my line released and had to stay the whole weekend with no connection, Anel and Kotie (didn't get her surname but she assisted as soon as i walked in the office as irate as I was, she made sure my installation scheduled) assisted with the sign up and installation, Pamela made sure my line was released, activated same day and kept me informed, for that I appreciate you all for your efforts and continue to assist the other customers. you are stars at MetroFibre.
