Great customer service from Ben Metro Fiber

I was assisted by a lovely gentleman called Ben, he was so efficient and friendly. Had to reschedule our appointments but he always made sure to communicate with me before hand and kept me posted with any changes. When he came to set up my router there was an issue with the line, he made sure to fast track it and technicians came out very promptly to repair and I was up and running on the same day of repair. I was very impressed by Ben’s level of professionalism and great customer service! I am hoping for a great relationship with Metro Fiber!
