Great Customer Service
I had an issue with MetroFiber and had a beautiful experience with Phindile Msokwini who took it upon herself to have my ticket resolved. She escalated and kept checking if the issue was resolved until it was and she still did after resolution check ups. Consistently assured me until issue was sorted. Thank you Phindile, MetroFiber is indeed in good hands with people like you.
