Great assistance by Xavier

My WiFi router wasn’t connecting, I called in and a guy called Xavier assisted me and he was so patient and had so much product knowledge, the only reason I stayed on the phone so long was because of his patience and calmness. I was frustrated but he helped me without escalating it and he kept on trying till it went through. I didn’t get his last name but Thank you Xavier and I hope I’ll have a pleasant relationship with Metrofiber.👍👍👍
