Good riddance to bad *******
Dealing with Home Affairs and the post office is a better experience than MFN. I would rather attempt internet with a smoke signal from a hut.
They brag about their speeds and it being symmetrical - once signed up and you complain, and if you make it through an extensive "have you switched off and on again?" back and forth, they confess that they can only guarantee speeds to local servers in SA. They cannot conduct pathpings and tracerts either and asks the user to do so.
Severe ADHD in the technical support team and they cannot scroll down in a mail trail.
Once you manage to cancel and ask for your last date of service, be prepared that when you get an answer, your service will go off the same day. Which obviously gives you ample time to get a new provider. NOT.
You will also be required to do NON STOP follow ups in order to get responses from MFN.
Absolutely atrocious. And thoroughly warrants a 1 star rant review.
@MFN Please dont bother asking me for my details. I'm done with you. Bye.
Other ISPs can better manage peering ports it would seem.
