Good call agents vs poor agents
I would just like to promote the excellent service we received from Louisa, a call agent from metro fibre. She managed to resolve a problem that 4 other agents **** to us about,wasted our time and left us with no internet for 3 days in only 5 min just by actually doing her job. Thanks Louisa
