Gigagp internet is not at all fast service
Terrible experience tryjng to switch over to them all my stuff is and has been in order they stil havent done theyre job im still ofline even though i have a router and fibre line on and ready. They promised me up today and still ofline loosing money because i cant work

02 May 2020, 07:51????????????Terrible unprofessional slow service with no insights.one dep doesnt know that the other dep hasnt done theire job . Then i get phoned on a saturday morning st 7 30 to be asked if my routers plugged in right when they havent even provisioned my line yet at all so clearly these people have no idea what the hell theire doing. Theire slow theire unavailble most of th time and ive phone out 60 rands worth of airtime to speak to them mayb for 2 mins total with no help and no feedback . Loosing money everyday i cant work because im ofline. ????????????
