Day one of tagging MetroFibre till I get a Response!!
I have to say MetroFibre has gone to ****!! I was a big fan. Great lines quick response on issues.. That was until November. My account has been suspended 8 times since the begining of December. Everytime I call it takes an hour before they answer and then they tell me the problem is resolved and my line is open!! I called yesterday same story they tell me there is a duplicate invoice printed on the 8th of December and that its been escalated to finance. Today they suspended my account again, after 120 mins of holding and 1 lady answering and dropping to call as she could not hear me. There is just no response from metro fibre. I wish I could post this On the FB wall as it seems like thats the only place they are working. I AM SO GATVOL AND WOULD JUST LIKE TO CALL THEM AND TELL THEM TO DO THEIR ****ING JOB. But if you lose your **** they just dont help you!!!
