Frustrated

Metrofibre has never been good to me for the past month without internet and they still expect me to pay. I've been calling and send email regarding this all i get is the system looks fine on their side while i don't have internet.Their customer service are so bad they dont know what to do when you have problems,actually the whole company just sucks.
