FIX MY INTERNET - Incorrect Cancellation

Please fix my internet this is becoming ridiculous. I’ve never requested a cancellation and my unit number is not 268 it’s 258. I’m tired of calling back n forth and not getting the help I need! No one should have internet registered under my apartment as I own that apartment and my previous tenants have completed a wifi transfer last year which they were charged for. I’ve had wifi this entire time only to find that it was actually registered under 268 although engineers have come to install and troubleshoot for me at 258 but now my wifi is not working and no one wants to help me.
