Finance team not doing their job
I’ve lost count of how many months it has been that this company suspend my services even thought I have paid my bills. My WiFi was cut off yesterday even when my portal shows that I am owing R0:00. Every month since I think September 2023 MetroFibre cuts me off FOR NO REASON!!!!!!
