Fibre not activated

Have had a Fibre line installed on 12 December 23 and was prommised the line would be activated by 10am 13 December 23 and is still not activated till today. This is unaceptable service and need it reaolved ASAP or I am calling Jan-Jan Bezuidenhout tje CEO wisiting his office monday at 7am
