Fibre line down for weeks!!!!

I'm so frustrated with Webafrica and Metrofibre! My fibre line has been down for weeks now. I first reported the issue on 24December 2022, till today I still don't have connection. I've been getting on these whatsap chats with Webafrica and they keep closing the calls without the issue being resolved. I reopen the chats and have to provide the same details over and over again! The fact that you cannot have a direct call with someone is super frustrating!!!! Now I'm getting sent from pillar to post by Metrofibre who are supposed to repair the broken line. This level of service is simply unacceptable!
